Its true.  This is a situation where I started proofing, and I just couldn’t stop.  Of course, there are a few more surprises, but…. these are my favorites.  Yep, all of them are my favorites.  I realize by definition, favorite implies one or a very few that you love better than all the rest, and for this session, this *is* my “one or two”.  ;)

I absolutely love the Owens family.  Their girls are just *so* much fun, and their little personalities are so distinct its adorable.  The oldest Is definitely Miss Responsible.  Never causing any major trouble, and will stay busy helping her mom and dad keep an eye on Miss Michevious, the middle one.  This little girl will not succumb to Middle Child Syndrome.  She will be too busy giving her parents mini heart attacks.  ;)  And the littlest one, is the little pixie of the family.  She will be independent and sweet and I predict she will be soemthing of an artist.  ;)  I adore them all and so look forward to their sessions when their momma calls.

I  met up with sweet little Josie the other night, who is completely adorable.  She wasn’t too sure about me at first, but after some serious bubble playing, and goofy antics she finally warmed up- an let me tell you… that little grin was worth the wait!  Isn’t she *so* cute?!

Seriously.  Lets imagine a perfect day at work:

a) doing something you love

b) working outside in perfect weather.  perfect.

c) a happy little client and a fun big client willing to try anything that brings adorable clothes

d) along with the perfect weather, comes the perfect light.

Sounds like a dream, right?  Right.  That was me, last night.  Seyller is one of my favorite little guys to work with.  He is so cute and his session inevitably becomes one of my “favorites” of the year each year.  He couldn’t have been cuter, or happier last night.  It was so. much. fun.  If I can’t be hanging out with my two cuties, this guy comes in a close second.;)

Kyle- I know your “preview” is huge, but I promise there are lots more to see as surprises!  I just *couldn’t* narrow it down.  Thanks for coming out last night!!

My Friend Sara | Bloomington Normal Photographer

This is my beautiful, funny and insanely smart friend, Sara.  She was my college roommate.  We both met our future-hubbys around the same time (isn’t that funny?).  We lost touch for a few years after college and by the time we reconnected, I already had Molly and was pregnant with Lucy.  Sara and her hubby, Justin have been a *huge* part of our lives for the last year and a half.  Molly calls Sara “my Sara” and if we mention that Sara is coming over for dinner she is quick to say ” Sara AND Justin!”  She is completely enamored with them, and is going to be crushed when they move away from us at the end of the month, to the middle of the country, never to return.  (Okay, maybe I am being melodramatic- its only 30 minutes.  But it feels like a million miles since they live within walking distance to us now!)

Isn’t she completely stunning?!
